Windows:
Just stop the services for Webserver , siebel server and gateway server in sequence..
Then start the services in reverse sequence..Gateway, siebel and webserver.
Unix: The sequesnce is the same using the command:
./stop_server all
./start_server all
Do not forget to source the environment..
