I am not able to login to DBISQLC using the Username as DBA and Password as Enterprise name. It gives me message that Usaername/Password is not correct. Can you please suggest how can i login to change the local DB.
Hi Arun,
I tried this again and works perfectly fine.
Just making sure you got this right, username and password should be in all CAPS and password is the actual Enterprise name not literal enterprise name. So find the enterprise server name from your siebel administrator and this should match the enterprise server name that you extracted from.
let us know.
I used the username and password in CAPS only but still it gives me the same error. Just to make things more clearer. The Username I am entering is DBA and Password: W_ES_PFIX. This is the enterprise name I see in the Application when i go to Server Management Admin->Enterprise operations. Is there anything more i need to do?
But even if we change the password of our local DB what happens when you want to check in something on the server? I think this will create problem as now the credentials on the server and the local are different.

This was awesome. Those who are looking for the password for DBA, use generic password as SQL. Hope this helps.
