While I was working on one of my Siebel requirements I realized that my script would become very accurate and less confusing to business if I could script based on Server Name. So I had to access the Server Name using eScript. I thought about this for sometime and after 10 minutes I suddenly realized that it is easy. (more…)

Today I stepped my foot on Oracle Business Intelligence (Oracle BI) formerly known as Siebel Analytics. Though I have used Siebel Analytics before, I had no clue about how Oracle BI as to how it would look or how different it could be. Today I installed Oracle BI 10g all on my own without too much hassle and the results were impressive on how easy it is. So I decided to blog this for other people’s reference.
