Location: Warren, NJ
Rate: $100/hour
Duration: 12 months +
Experience Required:
• Have past experience in implementing CRM solutions at financial institution, preferably in a capital markets area
• SOLID experience in the configuration, customization, integration, migration and implementation of SIEBEL application
• Experience in Siebel User Interfaces, Presentation Layer customizations, Task based workflow, Siebel eScript, JavaScript, Web Templates and CSS
• Experience in working with 8.1, especially Task based UI and workflows
• Creativity, to be able to design screens which appeal to the end user
• Ability to quickly put together screens and workflows required with out of box functionality
• Troubleshooting and resolving performance issues with the Siebel platform
• Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to the customized Oracle application(s)
• Experience in EIM including Data Mapping of Legacy Tables to Siebel Tables, Data Cleansing, SQL Scripts, IFB scripts, Performance Tuning and EIM execution
• Excellent problem solving and communication skills
